2003-Oct-15, SRS meeting
A brief discussion on Li-ION batteries. These slides don't have
much information, but point the way. (PDF

2003-Oct-25, ROBOTHON
Slides used in my Balancing Robot Presentation. Rather than focus
on specific implementation, I talked about the kinematics and
math. There are errors in these slides and this presentation
should be considered under revision. (PDF

2005-May-06, RC Pulse Generation on an AVR using a decade counter.
This paper shows the wiring and code needed to generate 9-18 RC pulse
outputs using only 2 or 3 I/O lines on an AVR processor. Very
little code and processor cycles are used. (PDF
360k) (DOC 360k)
2008-June-21, SRS Meeting, Motor Control
This paper covers basic control issues and PID loop design. A
companion talk at this meeting (Jim Wright) covers the specific code
